Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons (such as Christmas or Easter), processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email.
Shipping to the Republic of Ireland
We are proud to offer seamless shipping from our base in Northern Ireland to all counties in the Republic of Ireland.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As Holy Goals is based in Northern Ireland, goods moving to the Republic of Ireland are currently treated as intra-EU movements under the Windsor Framework/NI Protocol. This means:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Holy Goals is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we understand that candles are fragile. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or reach out to our support team at info@holygoals.ie with photos of the packaging and damaged items so we can assist you.
